Very enjoyable holiday in our touring caravan at this site. The site was immaculate and the wardens all very helpful. We had awful weather and the only negative was that the serviced pitch we were on was partially covered by trees and the wind and the rain made it a bit unnerving at times. But overall a great site for visiting Hawes and the surrounding area.

Beautiful site, fantastic friendly helpful staff, probably have the cleanest well kept facilities I’ve seen, always staff around cleaning and maintaining the site. Dog field is fabulous with a little wooded area too, our dog loved it, five/10 minute walk into the gorgeous little town with lovely little shops and pubs/cafes, unfortunately had to leave sooner than we wanted due to work commitments but will definitely be going there again as soon as we can, thanks to all you hardworking people, your site is the best, take care everyone and thanks again

Great site. Ideally located for Hawes and travelling around the area. Watch out for the rabbits if you have dogs. TV signal can be poor but you can hook up with aerial cable to the bollard. Defo be back

A lovely campsite. Amenities warm and clean. Great location to visit the Yorkshire Dales. Hawes is a great little town.

Very disappointed here. On arrival the person in front of us was told there was only 2 serviced pitches left and was advised which one was best. As we were next, we were then told take the pitch that was left. What was really annoying was that the person in front was only staying for one night, and we were staying for 8. We ended up under a tree so when it rained it was worse because we got the drips off the tree as well. The paths in front of the toilets were never swept clean and there was quite a bit of moss off the roof lying there. People were standing on it and trailing it in to the toilets and possibly their vans.

First class campsite well run and well organised. Pristine facilities with good-sized pitches. Facilities block is centrally positioned so easily accessible from vast majority of pitches. Would recommend it.

Cannot recommend this site highly enough. It's a super place to stay. Immaculate in every area including the large dog walk.

This campsite is a gem. It is immaculate, the landscaping is lovely, the toilet/shower block wonderfully clean and warm, very hot water. We stayed 2 nights in our camper van with awning, and got a very warm welcome on arrival 😊 The site is a quiet one, though it is next door to a working farm. There is a large enclosed dog exercise field, a games room, and it is ideal for the town centre where there is plenty of choice for food and drink. This site is the first one we have used since becoming members of the CAMC, and we were not disappointed. We can’t wait to come back.
